Series Kickoff – Building Great Apps with Apple
Tuesday, August 31st
4:00 PM EDT

Over half of the top 1,000 apps on the App Store today are built using Swift. Apple will share details about the App Design Workbook, a design thinking framework to help you develop amazing apps.
Just learned about the Congressional App Challenge? Do you have absolutely no idea what to do for your project?
In this workshop, our Alumni Advisory Board will go over the first step of the Product Development process: Product Ideation, known as the brainstorming stage. Using Design Thinking principles, we’ll go over what it means to explore/understand a problem in depth. You’ll learn to brainstorm technical solutions/product concepts to solve the issue at hand through a series of ideation exercises. You’ll leave the event with ideas in mind and a toolbox of techniques you can apply to your own CAC project.
