Collin Allen to head Hill Relations at the Congressional App Challenge.
Washington, D.C. – The Congressional App Challenge and its partners at the Internet Education Foundation are excited to welcome the newest addition to our team, Collin Allen. Taking over as Congressional Operations Coordinator, Collin will be the Challenge’s frontline liaison connecting today’s members of Congress with tomorrow’s coding talent.
An official initiative of the U.S. House of Representatives and the House Internet Caucus, the Congressional App Challenge is a competition held by members for middle and high school students encouraging them to learn to code and inspiring them to pursue careers in computer science. Hailing from a small town in Central Kentucky, Collin has held various positions in government, public affairs, and healthcare-focused organizations. Collin received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 2022. With his experience working in the House for a Congressional Member on the Ways and Means Committee and his educational background, Collin brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that reflects his dedication to help students achieve their goals across the country.
